How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Profile β Settings β Subscription. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the billing period.
I can't log into my account
Try resetting your password via the login screen. If your university email has changed, contact us and we'll help migrate your account.
How do I report a profile?
Open the profile, tap the three-dot menu in the top right, and select "Report". Our safety team reviews every report within 24 hours.
My verification email never arrived
Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, try resending from the signup screen or contact us with your university and email address.
